Project Management
- Melnon Consultants’ project management methodology is based on the PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge) methodology framework. Where clients prefer the use of another methodology or any client-specific methodology, Melnon Consultants would gladly utilize what is available. Where any shortfalls are noted, we can supplement using our templates and processes, should CLIENTS approve. From past experiences though, the CLIENTS project methodology is complete, and we will utilize this standard for this.
Risk Management
- Project risk management is an important component of a successful project. Risk management will be implemented as outlined in the Melnon Consultants & BPS project governance definition report which briefly states that: · Each risk needs to be owned by somebody to ensure that the risk is suitably contained. The risk owner retains responsibility for the risk during its life cycle · The process for managing the risk will involve identifying and recording, the possibility of occurrence, agreeing on an action plan, and regularly reviewing and track. · Selection and classification methodology on all risks into those with a low-risk factor and high-risk factor and how they are to be mitigated.
